It is a perfect property for both summer & winter, close to the lake with easy access for swimming, boating, or snowmobiling & ice fishing. To get to the lake you can either go down the gently sloping hill, or use the stairs. Once at the shoreline there is a gravel bottom with a new dock. The main foyer connects the well laid out house with a spacious 2 bay garage. Upon entering you will see that there is an open floor plan with complete kitchen, dining table & cozy living room with a beautiful stone fireplace as the centerpiece. The kitchen is well-stocked and features cherry cabinets, stone countertop & copper sink. The main floor has floor to ceiling windows, hardwood & tile floors with radiant heat, and three french doors that open onto the wrap around deck with ample built-in seating. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with queen bed and spacious bathroom with large soaking tub, tile shower with glass doors and cherry vanity with granite countertop. The upstairs loft is the master bedroom with king bed, wall-mounted TV/DVD player, and private bathroom with detailed tile work & another large shower with glass doors. From the bedroom you can enjoy beautiful views of Moosehead Lake through the second story living room windows. In the finished basement is a oversized, comfy sectional sofa with built-in recliners and BIG screen TV! The third bedroom with a queen bed is also located downstairs in the daylight basement.

We absolutely loved, loved this house! Everything from the view, lake access, dock, to the house design and high end fixtures were amazing. It is obvious that the owners put a great deal of care into every detail: the fireplace, kitchen, bathrooms, furnishings, even the deck furniture. The location was also great. It was nice being close to Greenville and we liked the quiet cove it is on for kayaking and paddle boarding without any boat traffic.
